Pick of teh Day 1/2...

Hitchcock's womens'film (but really, aren't most of Hitchcock's films womens' films or at least homosexual films)Marnie could very easily be watched with Polanski's Repulsion or Cat People for that matter, as it places female sexuality right alongs side animal instinct, whereas man's greatest pleasure lies in taming the wild animal. It really needs to be seen to be believed. The culminating sequence which explains Marnie's fear of the color red comes so far out of left field, it is not to be missed!
