Pick of the Day 12/6...

The Gleaners and I by Agnes Varda. A beautiful documentary that is pertinent for everyone who may view it, and that is certainly no small feat. As a side note, Varda visited my school and was the feistiest women I have ever seen, talking about a doco she made in South Central and how she MADE gang members help her shoot her film. Originally they protested her being there and she said, "Not only am I going to shoot this, but you are going to help me."
